Bob Lippelman is managing member of Lippelman Horan. An attorney for over 45 years, Bob has extensive experience in a variety of legal areas. After graduating with a degree in tax law from the premier tax program in the nation, Bob joined a large Wall Street law firm where he practiced in tax, securities and estate work. In 1971, Bob became general tax counsel to IBM for five years. He then moved to Florida and served as general counsel to an American Stock Exchange-listed company, where he directed all corporate and business legal matters including liquor law, trademark disputes, real estate sales and closings, licensing and corporate governance. In 1984, Bob began a general civil law practice representing such clients as the Ameri-Life Insurance Company, Florida Hospital of St. Petersburg, Bogar, Inc. Travel Agency and F.I. Grey & Sons Realty, Inc., as well as physicians and medical facilities.
Bob served for two years as president of the Keystone Point Homeowners' Association and was appointed to the planning and zoning board of the city of North Miami, where he served as chair for two years. Bob was then elected to the city council of North Miami and served as director of the Dade League of Cities and as vice-chairman of the Biscayne Bay Management Committee. Bob successfully led litigation on behalf of the Keystone Point Homeowners' Association and the Florida Audubon Society that resulted in the revocation of state and federal permits and the closing of the Munisport landfill.

Lisa Horan is a managing member of Lippelman Horan. She focuses her practice on matters involving real estate, homeowners association law, commercial litigation, and collection law. Prior to forming Lippelman Horan, Lisa worked as an associate for a prestigious law firm in Tampa. Lisa graduated in 2008 from the University of Florida College of Law in the top 10 percent of her class. While there, she was an active board member on the Florida Law Review and worked as a certified legal intern for the Virgil D. Hawkins law clinic. While at the University of Florida, Lisa received the Irving Cypen Scholastic Achievement Award for being second in her class and the book award in Advanced Topics in Real Property. Lisa received her undergraduate degree in English and political science from the University of Florida, where she was on the President's 4.0 honor roll and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
